01 Opting In & Consent

When you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on our forms — or reply to confirm — you agree to receive text messages from BusinessClassASAP at that number, including messages sent using automated technology.

Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase. By opting in, you confirm you are the account holder or have permission to use the number.

02 Messages You May Receive

  • Service messages about your quote, booking, or itinerary
  • Replies from a specialist to your enquiry
  • Time-sensitive alerts such as fare or schedule updates
  • Where you opt in, promotional messages and deal alerts

03 Frequency & Cost

Message frequency varies with your activity and enquiries. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile plan. We do not charge for the texts, but your carrier may.

04 Opting Out

You can cancel any time. Reply STOP to any of our messages and you will no longer receive SMS from that program; you may get one final confirmation. To rejoin, opt in again as above.

05 Getting Help

Reply HELP to any message, or contact [email protected] or +1 (866) 245-5770.

06 Carrier & Device Notes

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier’s network and your device. Supported carriers and features may change without notice.

07 Privacy

Information from the SMS program is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile information and use it only to provide the messaging service and support you.

08 Changes & Contact

We may update these SMS terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest revision. Questions? Email [email protected] or call +1 (866) 245-5770.

Compliance note: SMS programs are subject to TCPA and CTIA carrier rules. Confirm your opt-in flow, message templates, and STOP/HELP handling with counsel and your messaging provider before launch.
